ROADS/ACCESS: Enter community at main entrance at Windmill Ranch Rd. Follow the Driving Route described below which takes you to the property location on Diamond Hitch Loop, with direct drive-up road access. The driving distance to the property from the community entrance at Highway 93 is approximately 13-14 miles. All Dirt / Gravel roads maintained by private owners association.

DRIVING ROUTE: Starting at Highway 93, enter community at Windmill Ranch Rd (Badger Drive) heading east-northeast up toward the T-junction for (Bull Springs Rd) turn left and head north-northeast approximately 3-4 miles, and then continue east-southeast (Bull Springs Rd) approximately 6 miles through the community merging onto Cove Hitch Rd and then onto Diamond Hitch Rd. In Section 15 on the east side of the community (as referenced on the Ranch Map) follow Diamond Hitch Rd which turns sharply toward the southwest for approximately 3-4 miles through section 21 heading southwest to section 29.
SECTION 29, PARCEL 13 as referenced on the Ranch Map (Full page Ranch Map available upon request): From the northern edge of Section 29, head south-southwest (1/2 mile), passing the turn off to Diamond Hitch Point Rd, continue south (1/8 mile) passing the turn off for Diamond Hitch Hollow Rd, continue (1/4 mile) to Diamond Hitch Lane, where you will merge south onto Diamond Hitch Way, and continue south another (1/8 mile) and be prepared to take next left (East) onto Diamond Hitch Loop, which enters the western edge of the property. If you get to the end of the road (turn-around point in Section 30), then you just passed the property.
